Leading up to the wedding, Josey maintained a great amount of contact and communication by reaching out frequently enough to keep us comfortable that we were all on track with planning. Josey coordinated our wedding on August 25 and we had a fantastic experience working with her. I would recommend her to anyone, she is as good as they get. I am so relieved we ended up having a coordinator, especially Josey and her team, because our day was simply perfect. I wanted our day to be seamless and relaxed, and a day for our families (and us, of course!) to enjoy without worrying about logistics and all the "behind the scenes" stuff. She was super easy to work with during the entire process and was always quick to answer an email no matter how dumb my question seemed. It's a shame we're only getting married once because I'd love to spend more time with her. She was SUPER organized, bubbly, down to earth, genuinely interested in making sure our day was perfect, and as a bonus she looked just like my maid of honor. After meeting Josey, I just knew that she would be perfect for the job.
I found Josey through a recommended vendors from our venue-I initially didn't think we needed a day-of coordinator, but after our venue required one, I sought out someone who best fit mine and my now-husband's personalities + our overall vision for the day. Kayla had her own extensive to do list and together this couple pulled off a wedding that featured a lot of crowd pleasing moments: a kissing menu, mini guest favors that doubled as place cards and meal markers, a kabuki streamer send off (for newlywed photos), and plenty of cake.

Outside of the typical ‘order late night pizza’ or ‘pick up kegs’, Dylan had a unique set of projects, including (but not limited to): build a platform stage, build wood pillars, spray paint 45+ lanterns, and unwrap over 100 candles.Īlso impressive, even without full nights of sleep leading up to the wedding Dylan was still calm and collected on his wedding day. It happens often that in the division of labor for wedding tasks, the groom makes his own list of to dos.
It included amazing details like framed engagement pictures, personalized groomsmen flasks, and a lot of DIY projects that were finished under pressure and a little last minute (more on that in episode 41 and 42 ). Their fall wedding at Muse Event Center was beyond beautiful.
